Ordered 4 units.    2 arrived unusable and damaged. No damage toand outer packaging at all. To and fro,  5 to 7 times with supplier.   Thier Response   Out of stock. Cannot replace. Encouraged to Claim Alibaba insurance. I felt something was not right, they'd done this before. Product was still on Alibaba website, but I was told it was Out of Stock. So ordered 2 more units to complete the initial order  To my suprise next thing   Alibaba agreed to pay the claim Second order of 2 arrived. Outer and inner packaging undamaged but again 1 unit unusable and damaged. Beware, its only a small amount but getting the runaround and being lied to is not on. see pic of bent frames as on arrival, this didn,t happen in shipping as there is no evidence of any impact on the packaging. 50% of the product of 2 seperate orders arrived damaged in undamaged outer and inner packaging. I personally suspect damaged insured product and subsidised postage may play a role here.
